Normandy Estates

Normandy Estates is one of the oldest covenant controlled communities in the Denver metropolitan area. The homes are a mix of post war ranch and mid-century modern designs.
Normandy Estates is a development located southwest of downtown Littleton in the Columbine Valley area. It was developed by Rene Chouzenoux and his partners at Francam Realty, he was a french architect that was mostly inspired by Wright’s Usonian design. Normandy Estates is not composed exclusively of Chouzenoux houses, but many are his work.He named the community after the Normandy invasion. Normandy Estates home owners enjoy, community events, as well as a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and playgrounds.
